RDoC provides the framework from which PHOs can collaborate to provide the best possible services and support for the residents they represent. We develop and deliver programs that empower residents to amplify their voices as agents of change. We celebrate changemakers through our awards program, and we collaborate with national partners to achieve our collective goal of building a better medical culture.
