  • RDoC is represented by over 30 resident volunteer advocates actively involved in national discussions and promoting RDoC’s mission to champion healthier ways to learn and work.
  • These resident volunteers fill 53 positions across 45 opportunities, including committees, working groups, and conferences, collaborating with 16 national partners.
  • Their work spans critical issues such as Competence by Design (CBD), pan-Canadian licensure, increased resident physician mobility, health human resources, education reform and optimization, learner well-being, accreditation, the CaRMS match, equity, diversity, inclusion & anti-racism and CanMEDS 2025.
