About RDoC
Overview
Resident Doctors of Canada (RDoC) is a national non-profit organization representing the medical education interests of all resident doctors across Canada outside of Quebec.
Established in 1972, RDoC has a rich history of collaboration with other national partners to foster excellence in medical training, wellness and patient care.
RDoC’s mission is to champion healthier ways for residents to learn and work. We do this so we can create the medical culture we want and realize our vision where healthy residents are fulfilled physicians.
