Vincent is a PGY-4 Psychiatry resident at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador. Vincent has been involved with the Professional Association of Residents of Newfoundland and Labrador (PARNL) throughout his whole residency and served two terms as president of the association. His objective is to represent his colleagues at a provincial and national level to improve the residency experience in Newfoundland and Labrador for current and future residents.
