2026/2027 PGY-1 Welcome Letter

A special message of welcome and encouragement from RDoC’s 2025/2026 President, Dr. Dakotah Janes.

The RDoC office is located in Ottawa, on the traditional, unceded and unsurrendered territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabe. This region and all of Canada is also home to many First Nations, Inuit and Métis people. They have been the caretakers of this land since time immemorial and continue to call this land home. With the guidance of Indigenous colleagues, we commit to our role in the implementation of the TRC’s Calls to Action 18 through 24.
