This session is designed for program administrators, program directors, undergraduate deans, postgraduate deans, and anyone who handles learner data. It is also meant for learners who wish to know more about when and how their information is used/stored. Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to: speak knowledgeably about current data selection and storage practices with regards to learner data collection; identify when meaningful consent is provided to learners with regards to the collection and storage of their personal information; and identify or develop legally-sound procedures for handling learner data at the organizational level.
