She also holds an MBA in community economic development, with a specialty in strategic management. Leslie is a team builder and skilled at motivating staff and volunteers to build and deliver on ambitious strategic plans with measurable outcomes. Leslie is responsible for organizational management and the implementation of RDoC’s strategic plan.
