RDoC is proud to be taking part in the International Conference on Residency Education (ICRE) this year, October 22 to 24 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
At the conference, we’ll be providing two workshops for PGME program administrators on the RDoC resiliency curriculum. Resiliency will also be the focus of two additional workshops, including one incorporated into the International Resident Leadership Summit (IRLS). Finally, we’ll also be participating in a session on resident survival stories and doing a paper presentation on mitigating risk during implementation of competency-based medical education in Canadian residency programs.
The ICRE is a global forum for those involved in residency education to share ideas, challenges, innovations and advance postgraduate medical education. The theme for the 2015 event is Residency Rediscovered: Transforming Training for Modern Care.
