Resident Doctors of Canada has launched the 2018 RDoC National Resident Survey, an initiative of RDoC in partnership with the Provincial Housestaff Organizations: PARNL, MarDocs, PARO, PARIM, RDoS, PARA, and RDBC.
We seek residents’ views and experiences about residency training in areas such as medical education, Medical Aid in Dying, generalism, and wellness.
Results from this survey will help RDoC better advocate on behalf of our members with key stakeholders such as the CFPC, the Royal College, the Medical Council of Canada, CaRMS, etc. These results will also contribute to the academic literature about the resident experience in Canada.
If you are an RDoC member and haven’t completed your National Resident Survey, check your inbox for an email from your Provincial Housestaff Organization.
