November 2020 National Resident Survey

We invite all members to participate in the 2020 National Resident Survey, an initiative of Resident Doctors of Canada (RDoC) in partnership with our provincial partners. We seek your opinions and experiences about residency training in areas diversity in PGME, bullying in the training environment, mental health care, the COVID-19 pandemic and residency, physician mobility, the residency transfer process, and transition to practice and health human resources. The results of this survey will be used to help shape RDoC’s work in these and other important areas.

This bilingual survey is voluntary and anonymous. RDoC safeguards your identity by grouping your responses with those of other respondents when reporting results. Individual responses and results for very small groups (i.e. small programs or specialties) will never be published or shared.

As a token of appreciation for your participation, you will be provided with an opportunity to win one of 80 $25 gift cards to either Uber Eats or Amazon after the completion of the survey. There will be a separate link that appears upon completion and directs you away from the survey itself.

Check your inbox for an email from your provincial association that contains the link to the survey.

Please note that you have until 2359hrs in your time zone on November 30, 2020 to complete the survey.

We greatly appreciate you volunteering your time to participate. If you have any questions about the National Resident Survey Project, please email nrs@residentdoctors.ca.
