Later this fall, the FMRQ will be launching a major awareness campaign against intimidation. The organization will be reaching out to the four faculties of medicine in Quebec as well as nurses, other health professionals, and hospitals. Their campaign aims at bringing together all parties involved in medical training and clinical work who intimidate or are intimidated, in order to break the cycle and identify sustainable solutions. The campaign will be rolled out throughout 2015-2016 and into 2016-2017. FMRQ plans to hold a one-day symposium on intimidation next spring.
