Resident Doctors of Canada (RDoC) is excited to announce that we have officially launched our brand-new Resiliency Mobile App! Available for both iPhone and Android devices, the app was developed to help residents incorporate the regular practice of resiliency skills into their busy schedules.
What can you do in the app?
You can read about the colour-coded Mental Health Continuum and track your psychological well-being as it fluctuates, helping you identify when and how you can take action to keep healthy. You can complete daily exercises for each of the Big Four+ tools – Goal Setting, Visualization, Cognitive Reframing, and Tactical Breathing – to reduce stress and optimize your performance. Additionally, you can access a comprehensive list of mental health resources in your region directly within the app.
