We invite all members to participate in the 2021 National Resident Survey (NRS), an initiative of Resident Doctors of Canada (RDoC) in partnership with our provincial partners MarDocs, PARA, PARIM, PARNL, PARO, RDBC, and RDoS. In this edition of the NRS, we are asking questions on Competency-based Medical Education, Evaluation, and Assessment Tools. The results of this survey will be used to help shape RDoC’s work in these areas.
This bilingual survey is voluntary and anonymous. RDoC safeguards your identity by grouping your responses with those of other respondents when reporting results. Individual responses and results for very small groups (i.e. small programs or specialties) will never be published or shared.
As a token of appreciation for your participation, you will be provided with an opportunity to win one of 80 $25 Amazon gift cards after the completion of the survey. There will be a separate link that appears upon completion and directs you away from the survey itself.

Please note that you have until 2359hrs in your time zone on May 6, 2021 to complete the survey.
