In an effort to ensure that all PGY-2 candidates, and those further along in their residency, have an opportunity to challenge the 2016 MCCQE Part II, the Medical Council of Canada has added a new spring exam sitting in Newfoundland. Any additional capacity will be made available to eligible PGY-1 applicants.
While previously, the Newfoundland site only ran an exam session in the Fall, this new Spring session is expected to be an ongoing addition to the schedule.
