NOTES

At RDoC, the Annual General Meeting is split into two sessions. The first session in June is primarily to approve the minutes of the previous AGM and for the purpose of electing the new slate of directors who will serve on the Board and who will serve on the Executive for the next year.

The second meeting is held the following November (or before December 31st) for the purpose of reviewing and approving audited financial statements for the previous fiscal year: July 1 – June 30.

The rationale for this arrangement is that the auditor needs sufficient time to complete the audit of the organization’s financial statement for the fiscal year that ends on June 30th of each year.
