MESSAGE TO MY FUTURE SELF

“Message to my Future Self” was created by RDoC’s 2019-2020 Wellness Team when the COVID-19 pandemic was first declared. The video is filled with short vignettes from volunteers with words of encouragement and hope for residents who continue to act as critical front-line workers under an immense amount of stress and uncertainty during the pandemic.
