Ils agissent comme inspecteurs en tant que membres de CanRAC, l\u2019\u00e9quipe nationale responsable de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment des \u00e9tablissements et des programmes. Ils sont des conf\u00e9renciers lors d\u2019ateliers d\u2019agr\u00e9ment, fournissant aux r\u00e9sidents un soutien indispensable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur participation au sein du processus d\u2019agr\u00e9ment. Ils sont \u00e9galement des conf\u00e9renciers lors de l\u2019atelier du moi optimal de MRC, fournissant aux r\u00e9sidents les comp\u00e9tences et les connaissances dont ils ont besoin pour naviguer \u00e0 travers les d\u00e9fis associ\u00e9s \u00e0 leur formation en m\u00e9decine.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-custom-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ce08b6f7699dc15feb33abb5dc971f9b\">Bien que chaque r\u00f4le soit unique, chaque b\u00e9n\u00e9vole de MRC travaille sans arr\u00eat pour leurs coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 travers le pays par l\u2019entremise de leur implication active lors de discussions nationales et par la promotion de la mission de MRC d\u2019\u00eatre le champion pour des moyens plus sains d\u2019apprentissage et de travail.
