This session is designed for program administrators, faculty members, program directors, postgraduate deans and residents. Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to: identify practical strategies to engage residents at the program, university, provincial and national levels on CBD implementation; advocate for active resident engagement and meaningful dialogue in CBD implementation at the program, university, provincial and national levels; and gain a better interpretation of the experiences of resident doctors enrolled in programs that have begun the transition, or have completely transitioned to CBME.
