Using the App

  • Read about the Mental Health Continuum and track your state of psychological well-being each day.
  • Read about the Big Four+ and complete exercises related to each tool – set a SMART goal for yourself and add it to your calendar; write or record a visualization script; complete a cognitive reframing thought record to challenge your negative inner monologue; practice tactical breathing with guided audio.
  • Review a comprehensive list of crisis resources in your region.
