We’ve completed development of an app to help you access the Mental Health Continuum and the Big Four+ from the convenience of your mobile device.
How to Sign Up
- Download the RDoC Resiliency Mobile App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
- Register for an account with the access code RESIDENT20.
Using the App
- Read about the Mental Health Continuum and track your state of psychological well-being each day.
- Read about the Big Four+ and complete exercises related to each tool – set a SMART goal for yourself and add it to your calendar; write or record a visualization script; complete a cognitive reframing thought record to challenge your negative inner monologue; practice tactical breathing with guided audio.
- Review a comprehensive list of crisis resources in your region.
