Acceptance of Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Resident Doctors of Canada Resiliency Mobile App (the “Service”) operated by Resident Doctors of Canada (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Personal Information
We collect the following information when you access the Service:
- Your email address used to register for an account.
- Usage data and analytics, which includes the frequency of registration, login, and page visits.
- Customer support questions, issues, and general feedback that you choose to provide.
We use your email address to identify and authenticate users. Your email address is linked to the Access Code used to register for an account.
We analyze usage information, feedback, and support queries to help us understand and make improvements to the Service, including enhancing usability. Users will be de-identified in any reports created.
Resident Doctors of Canada does not rent or sell your information. We restrict access to your information to authorized employees and contractors. Your information will not be used for marketing purposes.

Resident Doctors of Canada has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or resources. Your use of the Service does not provide you with ownership rights to any Intellectual Property viewed through the Service nor does it waive any of Resident Doctors of Canada’s rights in such information and materials.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is significant we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.
