Dr. Melanie Adams presented this paper during the session panel Continuity of Patient Care: Challenges and Opportunities as part of the 2015 Federation of Medical Regulatory Authorities of Canada Annual Meeting and Conference in Fredericton.

October 25, 2014: Best Practices in Handover Education
This workshop was presented at International Conference on Residency Education (ICRE) in Toronto. It was co-developed by Drs. Chris Little, Meera Rayar, Nureen Sumar of our Advocacy and Policy Committee as well as Drs. Trey Coffey and Zia Bismilla of the I-PASS program at Sick Kids.

Drs. Alec Yarascavitch, Aleksandra Paliga, Tarek Ezzat, Jasbir Jaswal, Jesse Pasternak. presented this topic at the Canadian Conference on Medical Education (CCME).
