Governance at RDoC ensures accountability, provides oversight, and sets strategic policy for the organization. Our governance structure comprises a broad base of voices from within the medical education community. The decisions and actions taken by RDoC respond to the evolving needs of our stakeholders and users within a changing health care system, and contribute to maintaining the integrity of a world-class medical education system in Canada.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

RDoC's Board of Directors comprises resident doctors from each of the seven regions we represent, with one spot for each region allocated to the president of the corresponding provincial housestaff organization (PHO). Read more >
